A dozen area high school stand-outs took to over Fredericksburg’s Focus Performance Center for a three day football academy filled with football fundamentals including hand and foot work, stances and starts, double teams, film review and more.
HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
Founded in 2023, this three-day football academy is focused specifically on the offensive line positions in football. High school stand-outs take a deep dive into the fundamentals necessary along the offensive line and the various techniques and mindset needed to be successful. A hands-on approach from both Jermon and coaches provide players insight and understanding into the run and pass game techniques that have demonstrated proven results. Additionally, players learn about the weight room and film / game tape review for a well-rounded experience at what it takes to reach the next level and beyond.
